I’m Ben, the filmmaker behind W.B. Weddings
—
A Commitment to Staying Small:
Unlike large studios, I work with a limited number of couples each year, giving your story the time and care it deserves.
—
Professional Film & Television Experience:
I’m a film school graduate, classically trained on 16mm film. My career began in Santa Fe, documenting the disappearing traditions of Southwestern folk art, and grew into producing and assistant directing award-winning indie films like Best Worst Movie and The American Scream. Today, I’m a filmmaker with WCAX’s Across The Fence—one of the longest-running local TV shows in the country—where I create documentaries on Vermont life.

Rooted in Vermont:
When I’m not filming weddings or documentaries, I live in Waterbury with my wife, our daughter, and two dogs. My wife Katie directs Peak Yoga in Stowe, and I bring that same grounded Vermont spirit into every film I create.
